LeTourneau University will feature author and motivational speaker Bill Heatley in chapel at 10:50 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12, in the S.E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center, 2100 S. Mobberly Avenue. The public is invited.
Heatley is an internationally published author and speaker who seeks to motivate, inspire and empower Christian disciples from all walks of life – entrepreneurs, workers, business owners, students, leaders, unemployed – at churches and associations across the country.
Heatley teaches on a diverse range of subjects including discipleship, faith and work, morals and ethics, leadership, and spiritual formation. He specializes in the writings of corporateAmericaand has had years of intensive study from Christian leaders like Dallas Willard, Richard Foster, Jan Johnson and James Bryan Smith.
A graduate of the Renovare Institute for Christian Spiritual Formation, Heatley is a member of the board of directors for the Theology of Work Project. He and his wife and youngest daughter live inOak Park,Calif.
